Olive Tree Projects is inviting you to help make safe, compassionate maternal care possible for mothers in Haiti.
At Kay Akouchman, our midwifery center in Jacmel, we walk alongside women throughout their full pregnancy journey—from their first prenatal visit to delivery and postpartum care. This continuum of care ensures that mothers are supported, respected, and never alone during one of the most important moments of their lives.
The cost of providing this full journey of care is approximately $1,100 USD ($1,494.8 CAD) per mother. For many families, this is simply out of reach.
In honour of Mother’s Day in North America and in Haiti, we are dedicating the month of May to raising funds to support 10 mothers through their entire care journey.
